(a) The City of Andale, Kansas hereby adopts by reference the provisions of the Sedgwick County Code, Chapter 5, as subsequently amended by Sedgwick County Resolution No. 142-02. The city clerk shall maintain three copies of said sections of the Sedgwick County Code and said copies shall be available for inspection by the public as provided by law.
(b) The City of Andale hereby confers jurisdiction within its incorporated boundaries upon Sedgwick County in order to effectuate the provisions of said sections of the Sedgwick County Code.
