The owner of any dog harbored within the city limits of the city of Andale, Kansas shall be required to obtain and possess an annual license issued by Sedgwick County, Kansas under the same terms and conditions required for dogs harbored within unincorporated areas of the county as set forth in Sedgwick County Code, Chapter 5, incorporated by Section 2-101.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to keep, maintain or have in his or her possession or under his or her control within the city more than three dogs.
