A CHARTER ORDINANCE EXEMPTING THE CITY OF ANDALE, KANSAS, FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF K.S.A. 75-1122(a).

Section I. Exemption From The Requirements of K.S.A. 75-1122(a) The City of Andale, Kansas, is hereby exempted from the requirements of K.S.A. 75-1122(a), and any predecessor or successor statutes thereto, that the City of Andale have its accounts examined and audited by a licensed municipal public accountant or accountants or certified public accountant or accountants.

Section II. Applicable To All Years This Charter Ordinance shall apply during the year of its passage and shall apply retroactively to all years prior to its passage and shall apply prospectively to all future years.
